Improvement to gain 74% energy savings for a 1950s property.
The home which has already had all the standard low cost energy efficiency improvements carried out, will have an innovative package of measures to reduce fuel bills by £500 per year.
Improvements to the building envelop will prevent uncontrolled heat loss. A complementary heating package of wood burner, solar thermal and heat recovery will allow the property to be comfortably heated without worry of high fuel bills.
